FAQs

  • We ask that you book a tour with us and see our program in person so that we can meet, understand what we offer, and what your needs are to make sure we are a good fit. Then if registration is agreed upon, both forms online can be filled out and emailed back to us with a 50% deposit and a $100.00 registration fee.

  • We will hold a spot for two months. If the spot is needed later than the two months the options are a little bit limited but are as follows:

    • you can pay for the childcare fees in full for the months prior to your start date, or you can wait to register closer to the date that childcare is needed. Upon conversation we can figure this out together if this situation arises. The urgency happens when there is only one or two spots available, so unless this is the case, the above does not really apply.

  • There are a few reasons for this. We wanted a small, boutique-like childcare setting that would be conducive to quality, early education. Once we feel that we can open more spaces up, and be able to continue the same level of care and education, and the government allows, we will consider doing so.

  • Unfortunately we have only one nap time, where all of our children nap at the same time. Because our space is an open concept space, separate naps would be unsuccessful.

  • We have a group of children that do not nap and they have a teacher who does activities with them including baking in the kitchen, or takes them outside to play.

  • No, we don’t take any part time registrations. This is because our program has very limited spaces.

  • No, we don’t. Every Friday evening we pack everything up and put it all away. We have made everything custom so that it rolls away and packs up easily. All of our room dividers come apart and stack, the same with our science centres, art centres, house corners, blocks and building area. It all stores quickly and easily and on Sunday evening it all gets put together again and our new play experiences set up and ready for Monday morning!

  • The ratio always meets or exceeds government licensing regulations which is

    12-19 months 1:4

    19 months - 3 years: 1:6

    3 years to 4 years 1:8

    4 years+ 1:10

  • No, we have three separate areas:
    12 to 19 months
    19 months to 3 years
    3 years to Kindergarten
